Bon Appetit

I came across a tray and some place mats.  I thought they would be perfect to try out my splender blender marker on.  I didn't quite like the vegetable theme.  Of course I used a thick coat of ASCP Old White.  Here is the before.


After painting.


Finally, I applied my graphic with the splender blender marker and applied clear and dark wax.



Now to go with the tray, I have some place mats.  See they are just plain old place mats.


Nothing special until now.

    Much prettier now, Julie! What a great idea to match the placemats, too. I have got to find those pens. Ever since I read that Rosemary at Villabarnes uses them, I knew I had to get them.
